Do I need to be there for the clean?

Tell us within 72 hours. If the problem is on our checklist, we come back and re-clean it free.
How do I know the clean was done properly?
The cleaner takes before and after photos of every room, and we check them against our end-of-tenancy checklist before you pay the balance. You can forward the photos to your agent.
Can I cancel?
Cancel more than 48 hours before your slot and we refund the deposit in full.
How quickly can you come?
With at least 12 hours' notice. Bookings within 48 hours add £30.
